Proposal

Planning Application No. 1. Variation of existing planning permission P/16/659/RLX to amend approved plans (condition 1) and storage of waste (condition 5).

Planning Application No. 2. Extension of existing yard for the storage wood waste (temporary 3 years).

SUMMARY

SWWP propose to apply for planning consent on the former Bryncethin Nurseries & Locks Yard, Pant Hirwaun, Heol y Cyw, Bridgend CF35 6BU.

To vary the permission at the existing wood recycling operation to change the site layout and storage arrangements and, in tandem, to apply for an extension of existing yard for the storage of waste initially for a temporary 3 year period.

In accordance with the above order, SWWP are formally consulting in order to publicise the proposed development and to allow for points raised to be considered and addressed prior to the application being submitted to Bridgend County Borough Council.

The documents on the right comprise all information that would be required to be submitted as part of the formal planning application submissions. This includes the planning application forms (except the ownership certificates), scaled plans, drawings and information that would be required to describe the proposed development in the same or substantially the same form, or would be needed in order to comply with any local validation requirements of the relevant local planning authority.

SWWP is required to serve notice on owners and/or occupiers of adjoining land and Community Consultees (as defined by the above Order). The formal notices were served on 1st June 2020.
